Epoch Cinema logo redesign
A redesign of Epoch Cinema logo, the focus was to make the text look more 3D and emphasise the gold on the text. The logo was created with Cinema 4D and Octane render. This was then composited using After Effects and Photoshop.
Diplomatic Music Artist Mask – 3D Model And Render
For this project I was asked to create a 3D Mask animation for a Music Video for music artist Diplomatic.
I was given Photos of the mask and the brief was to create an animated 3D mask on a pedestal.
The mask was modelled in Cinema 4d and rendered in Octane Renderer. I found that a cloth type material suited the texturing and the client was happy with this so we went ahead with it.
America Rewritten Explainer
For this project for Epoch Times I was briefed with creating an animated teaser for an upcoming documentary about the United States Constitution.
The style was to be more heavily focused on graphic elements and less on stock elements so I would be integrating historical concepts and elements in a more modern format that is easier to understand. As part of the project, explainer style graphics were requested and the whole piece has an animated feel more suitable for the fast pace nature of social media platforms like Facebook.
Screen Graphics Project (including Case study)
This is a personal project I created for Stylecraft Project on Motion Science. The brief was to create a Screen Graphic with Star Maps that convey complex, decoded data on star systems. The brief was to create organic elements combined with grid systems and incorporating Ancient Symbols. For this project I decided to use the Star system as a backdrop and make the screen more ethereal and holographic as if it is suspended in space.
Into The Storm Title Sequence
The brief for this title sequence for Edge Of Wonder TV was to create a 3D opening title for the show Into The Storm. The brief was to incorporate a a sky and clouds to make the 3D title looks as if it is flying through the storm clouds. The 3D text effect was achieved using Cinema 4D and then brought in and composited within After Effects.
Diplomatic Story Music Video
For this project I was tasked with working with Hand-Drawn elements to bring a story created by Diplomatic called The Skinriders, an allegorical story about the CCP in China and their persecution of different faiths including Falun Gong. Every paper element was brought in and cutouts were created within Photoshop then brought into After Effects. I tried to keep the drawings as true to the original as possible to give the project a more organic feel. After Effects 3D Camera elements of Parallax were used to bring the Story to life.
